    Yum yum yummy. I didn’t much care for the frosting but I am not a big frosting fan. However there frosting was pretty good it was light and tasted okay. Being not a fan, I try not to critize it to much it just a preference. There was no lodge furniture, there was no where to sit and visit but that okay. Their birthday cake cupcake was very good. I enjoyed it, it was smooth, and wasn’t dry like most gluten-free things are. They have done a great job on making gluten free worth while. Oh and did i say it’s all Gluten free there, so I can eat everything and anything they have and oh boy that so good for me.

  • Crave Gluten Free Bake Shop

    The other day my husband and I made a trip to the bakery that was on foodnet work Cupcake wars. I am glad we went and it was nice. They have great customer service. I wish we would have gotten there earlier, because most of their selection was gone by the time we made it, and it was about 30 minutes before it was time to close. So i can understand the low stock especially since they gluten free and you do not want to make to much of that especially if you can’t sale it all. I am pretty sure they are selling good. They even had gluten-free dog treats. I think I found my new favorite place. Gonna have to try to get there on a Friday because it’s donuts day. Oh one word that comes to mind when i think of this place, Yummy.

  • Providence Milwauke Emergency Room in OR

    Yes again we had to run to the ER with dad. I am amazed at how quickly they get dad in and out of there. Last night dad fall in the bathroom, and we couldn’t get him out and was worried he hit is head. He was out of it and it was a little unsettling. 911 took out my bathroom door, and I was able to put it back onto the hings. The hospital staff treat dad well. We try to respond to quickly to dad needs and we been assured this is always a good thing to do first. They had dad covered in a couple of blankets when we got in, grant it not as soft as rustic bedding would be but it made him feel comfortable.
    I will say I am glad they respond quickly, Xray, CATscan went under 45 minutes we where out in less then 3 hours I believe. In Minnesota when we lived there it would be 6 to 12 hours.

  • Blue Diamond Almonds Honey Roasted

    These are good, they have a little salt, and are covered in honey that crystallized like sugar. I have to admit I really like my almonds and blue diamonds got some good almonds to choose from. I need to be careful not to eat to many of these because there is a lot of fat in nuts. 13g of fat is a lot I think.

    I am disappointed! Lets see, these are supposed to last 3 hours, is that a joke or are they actually supposed to last three hours. I have now tried 2 different ways the way the package tells me and the way I figured might help. Maybe I should look at some youtube download see if they have some visual instruction because I have got to be doing something seriously wrong for it to well not burn correctly or not long at all. I think the longest was about 2 1/2 hours, what happened to my last 30 minutes of time on this log I kind of would like it. So I think it’s clear I am disapointed.

    Lets see one of the Logs fall a part while on fire, thank goodness my fireplace is good. Oh forget about adding a second log because clearly this batch it wouldn’t be very wise. I have added fire wood in while it been burning towards the end. This seems to help make the fire last longer. We spent 20$ a box, I think I would have been better off spending money on duraflame.

  • Blintz on IPOD

    I decided to download the update for my Bejewelled game and it gave me bejewelled blintz. I have to say I like some of the rewards it gives. I am not sure why but it seems like it’s nearly impossible for me to get above 300k on my IPod and I very seldomly make it and I know I have friends on computers scoring close to 500k. Wow seriously in 1 minutes able to score that much I am pretty impressed. I like a couple of the new things, like blue moon, pheonix bird or something and I believe there is one more that it gives. I tend to do better when I do not buy any of their things for added benefits.

  • Baby Gifts

    I do not have many friends with babies on the way however right now if I did the only way I would be able to get a gift would be baby gifts online. For the most I prefer looking at what I am getting this being said if online is cheaper I just might get it online after looking at it in a store. I know a few woman expecting but none of them I know well enough. When I worked with autistic children I loved looking at baby gifts because sometimes these gift would work great in the class room setting.

  • Born Lippy Raspberry Lip Balm from The Body Shop

    Not Raspeberry enough, but it does make my lips fill better. It is a nice reddish pink color, and goes smoothly on my lips. If I wore red lipsticks this would make it shine nicer. I will probably get the lip balm again maybe even try another flavor. I do not taste raspberry, there a fruity taste but it doesn’t bring to mind raspberry.

  • Cocoa Butter, Body Butter from the Body Shop

    One thing I got on my trip to “The Body Shop” was cocoabutter, it is a interesting texture. Sadly it didn’t work as well as I wanted, but normally not much works on dry skins on elbows. It does work nicely for hands lotion. I am not sure I would want to try to hold on to a metal detectors after putting it on because for a few minutes my hands were a little sticky. The small is mild enough scented that it doesn’t bug my asthma and I got a small round container for 5$ was it worth the money, I am not sure. Will I buy it again depends on the need I have to simply deal with dry hands after washing them yes I will buy it again maybe even try another scent.

  • The Body Shop in Clackamas Mall OR

    The other day my husband and I walked around the mall, and I saw this little shop that struck my interest. Trust me it wasn’t all that interesting but there was a few things my husband and I decided to try. The lady who worked there was friendly and answered our questions. She made a couple of suggestions for us. I was surprised at everything they had in there, it was a wide range of stuff, they even had stuff that detangles hair, lotions, perfumes, lip stuff, but no real make up that I found.
    The customer service was great there and she was friendly.
