My husband needed to get a couple of things, and we decided to stop and ask jewelry to check him out. While there I decided it be good to have my engagement ring cleaned it have been a very long time since I have done it. So there was a lot of dirty and probably some of my skin because I have scratched myself pretty badly with it a few times. She cleaned it and wow it looks like almost a new ring. We talked abit about caretaking for people with Alzheiemers and Dementia. While we waited for the ring to be cleaned, now she wouldn’t be able to tell me the best best burlap table runner but she was knowledgeable on rings, and hearing lost.

  • Simply Fruit

These seem to be a new item at Target near us. It’s the first time I have seen them. My husband and I often walk to Target just to give us a place to walk. Well I saw Roll-Ups Simply fruits and decided to give it a try the best thing is it is actually gluten free, I can eat them. There are no fake sugars. The only sugar I saw was what would naturally occur with fruit juices. They taste pretty good to.

  • Cables and more cables

Have you ever noticed that when you go to a concert or even sing in a praise team there’s always cables everywhere, be they george l cables or some other type of cables they are there. One place you can’t dance is around all them cables, but cables are needed even wireless things have some type of cable for them. The question is does the cable charge the thing, or does it provide a feed to the amplifier.

  • Rams Always Good

On Sunday May 12th my husband and I decided to go there for dinner. It was mother days, I am not a mom yet but boy I sure sometimes feel like one. Between school and my husband dad and house work, I am always busy doing something. We never have any complaints about food or service there. One time we had concerns on service because it was so slow, and that was St. Patrick Day, we didnt even really complain we just asked about what was going on. I do not think my husband and I were there that long waiting for our dinner. But management felt we had been there to long and took one of our burgers off the order and gave us a free desert.

The service yes was a bit slower than on a nonholiday day but it wasn’t any worst than any other day that we normally go. It was good. Food was served hot, and my salad well I have to admit I wasn’t impressed with it.

  • Discount Towing NRE

I have to say I feel bad for the gentleman from Discount towing NRE in Salem Oregon, because he had to wake up, get us drive all the way out to Portland which is almost a hour. He was very friendly for just being woke up, and was able to get transport three of us. He talked to my husband and I and nice thing was he related to my husband and his liking for sports. If I ever get stranded in Salem again and grant it this time it won’t be taking my car all the way to Portland if it’s during the day I will probably call him again. It’s always good to work with people you have had a good experience with, grant it my insurance company found him and might not have gave him all the information he needed because they told him we was closer to I5. At least we broke down in a slow traffic area. He was a pleasant person to talk with, and doesn’t sound like he charged a lot for towing, a lot for how far but that’s to be expected.
At least we where not highlands nc real estate need a tow to Oregon, at that point I would junk the car and get on a bus to here.

I am really glad I contacted Don from Integrity Towing for bring my car to my mechanic at break team. He was knowledgeable about the insurance and actually was able to provide me information the gentleman the night before didn’t give me the correct answer to about towing. My car broke down in Salem on Sunday so we called out State Farm agent and wasn’t given the best information, had I been given the correct information I would have had the car brought to the shop right away and not had it brought home. Well Don from Integrity told me that it might cause me trouble to have the car towed a second day in the row which prompted me to call my insurance company and find out. The good news is had I not called the insurance agent, I might have had the towing on the car dropped because over the past 5 months I already used it twice counting the Salem tow.
We decided to pay for the towing, so I was happy I got to make a inform decision on towing. Grant it I am out of 160$ between towing from Salem because my policy only covers 14 miles. Okay no big deal ouch but okay.. Don charged me 80 for 4 miles, or so. He was very pleasant to speak with and easy to connect with. He had great customer service skills, and was willing to voice his opinion on the car. I already knew it pretty much what it was but not how bad it really was, it was nice being able to get my car towed and be treated like a person..
Both tow truck experience this week went good. I should have gotten a card from the other guy.

  • Burlington Coat Factory

I needed a new rain jacket. My old one which I just got during the fall has other gotten tears in them. This is annoying so I decided I would get something that would last me a lot longer. My husband and I decided to try Burlington, they didn’t have many options for me. What I would like to know is why is it that a large in one brand I swim in, and the medium I fit in but another brand a large is so tight that I look like a stuff sausage. I found a jacket but it was a XL, I am normally a Medium to Large but jackets I have always had issues with finding a good jacket for me. I have a small wist but big hips… It not like I will put it in a goedekers.com washier or drier I think it will need to be dry cleaned.
I wasn’t happy with some of the customer service experience I had. There was no one there to answer questions, when we did ask question answers seemed vague.

  • Not happy

I am simply not happy. I have a sofa bed from Ikea. My husband has the same bed. About 3 weeks ago we brought in the bottom part that you sit on. It had broken. Well once again I have to bring in the sofa bed because the medal has bent. So I called and asked them, if there was a weight restriction. There was none listened on the website and none mention on whatever my customer rep used. She found a similar model that said it was tested for 225 pounds but no maximum limits were stated. This is clearly a safety issue… First one I had for 19 months the second one for 3 weeks. So now I have to run back there get the sofabed either exchanged or have them give me credit towards a other sofa. Now here’s my concern is how much I will end up needing to spend if I don’t simply trade out for the same product which is clearly putting my family at risk of injury.
One good thing about ikea is that they listen, and they help. They returned the last one quickly and treated me with respect. The person i spoke to today remember me. This was a good thing, she even remember things I shared in my last conversation with her about dad and my pets.

  • Dad wants to go gambling

There are some days I wish I could go to Nevada but it would probably overstimulate Dad. Right now it would be fairly simple to a book cheap hotels, but getting out there would be challenging. Once I graduate from school, I am hoping my family and I can go and take a real vacation my husband and I both need one. All I do is homework, cook, clean, and go to church. I hardly spend time with friends. Today I was happy to get a call from a friend of mine from a other state. Even just talking on the phone can be relaxing, a good distraction when my brain is about to explode from all the information I have crammed in it. I didn’t have a chance to look in her state, to be honest if I do travel it might be for graduation in Nebraska where my college is located. If I can pass my internship classes by getting enough hours for direct care I will be graduating as a straight A student. I have worked hard so it would be nice to take a trip there and walk the line. Sadly I am held behind about a year because of not finding my internship. Hopefully Tuesday I land my interview, so I can graduate after my fall semester.
I love traveling and visiting people I just dont get to do it much. I have often found good deals on hotels, but unless I want to drive or take bus flying normally can be the deal breaker.

  • My Experience at JcPennys

    Posted on by Gav

A couple days ago my husband and I went to JcPenny’s I wanted to get a jack, but I didn’t find that there selection sucks. My husband and I started talking because we had a coupon and I been wanting to get a deep fryer and we decided to go ahead and look. I have to say it was a good experience. My Clackamas Mall JcPennys was great, they were helpful. I had wanted a certain fryer that they where out of stock on and was selling the demo model but couldn’t find the plug in.. I really wanted the stupid thing, but I didn’t want to have to contact the company and get the powercord it doesn’t always work in my favor. I had a other one that was my second choice but to high for my budget. The manager had asked what the second one was and I had told her and that it was 80$ she told my customer service person to give it to me for 50$ which was the sale price of the other fryer I wanted.
I was surprised this doesn’t happen often, I do buy clothes from there sometimes. My husband and I both do normally we can find things we like there. I have to say I will probably get more products from JcPenny’s as long as they treat us like good customers.
