Say What I Think

How many Anti Virus Programs do I need, to keep my computer safe. I have PC cillin. I have been fairly happy with them, I have the internet security one with three installations. My husband recently found a new anti virus which is supposed to be the best program.. Well here’s my thoughts on this just because they claim it don’t make it. I will say I think I might need more then just PC Cillin to keep my computer safe for adware. PC Cillin gets some of it but sometimes they sneak in through PC Cillin or don’t get caught.

My Laptop Computer which I use mostly, started running slow and started showing some signs of gee something is not quiet right here. Well today I decided I would Download AVG Free Adware program. I know they normally catch things that my last virus checker never got, so I knew they might catch it if there was something there. At the end of the scan I had 148 Adware to be cleaned out of my computer. Most of which where a medium risk. Okay well shouldn’t PC Cillin caught that too. Guess not. It seems to be best protect it good to have more then one virus protector that does everything and then maybe other things to help that so that nothing slips through the cracks.

I will say PC Cillin as far as I can tell has kept my computer clean from virus. I switch to them after Norton allow in a virus which was over a year old at the end of my subscription with them I had about 2 months lift or so. I called their tech support and that was a load of fun, they tried getting me to pay them 70 bucks to remotely access my computer. I and my husband both had worked together to get the virus out of my computer and the last time I had called them on a virus they made my computer totally crash to where I had to get the Operating System Software back installed. I was not happy with them at all. I had told the guy, I honestly do not think I should delete this file it a OS and yadayada… He told me it was part of the virus and I listen to him. I guess the joke was on me, I ended up paying them and paying a computer repair service to fix it. At least the computer repair place was able to help and save all my files which where not backed up.

What a waste of time that I will never be able to get back. I hated it. It is basically about young college students being stupid. There was a lot of sex and honestly, I think it belongs in a porn store and not in regular rental or department store. It had no class what so ever. To be honest no college experience I have ever had has ever been that bad, I know some people have experienced things just about that bad.

It was gross; to be honest I lift during part of it, my hubby needed to watch it to review it. So I went and took a shower for as long as I could. We both got raid of it as quickly as possible.

Let me just say Oh so Boring. I would much rather be playing Brain Age. Mega Brain bust is mostly puzzles, which well doesn’t really use your brain well. There are about 8 different games, and they are all very similar. The games I like the most was match the characters, and remember numbers. There was some space ship game, which was okay for a mindless game. The addition game was fun to because that what I enjoy.

The other game was a waste of time, and a waste of energy.

Want to get lost in a game for hours and not realize it. This is a good little RPG for that. Basically, your character, can be of Military family, savior of her planet, I can’t remember the 3^rd one.  Your character can be a bad ass or a very good one. Basically you’re after a bad guy who trying to destroy the universe and your goal is to stop him. He is a traitor to the alliance, and you’re to find him and his little comrades. So know you go through out the galaxy to look for him.

There are several side quest be warn, do as much as you can on the planet where you are dock, because you will want to level up your character, and it is fairly easy to level them up.

*******Spoiler************ on some of the planets you will run into some land worms most of this are on planets that have decoy beacons. This things are easy to kill if they don’t get ya first. The easiest way to do this is by finding a place where it can not get you, but where you can shoot it. I found getting on the mountains or moving and trying to shoot the stupid thing at a distance the thing you want to find is your sweet spot.

Sometimes you will get into situation were you out numbered don’t worry it pretty simple to kill them if you shoot them quickly and keep your eyes peeled because sometimes you will get enemy who do not show up right away on your radar.

Part of me felt bad for Sarah the other part of me wanted to give her a good whooping. Sarah ended up inheriting her sister children who where Amish. She really missed up big time but in the end, she corrected it and moved the kids back to what they knew. Sarah was not welling to let anyone in or close to her.  She was engaged and just about ruined that to.

There were a lot of good lessons in this movie. I think Michael Landon Jr. Is a very talent writer, and whenever I watch anything he had a part in so far I have always liked it. His shows reveal that he has strong beliefs in his maker and I honestly do not think Hollywood has really converted him to being a writer who worries so much about getting sex, drugs and cussing in. Lately it seems Hollywood is trying to meet a quota of using G-d name in vane, or using other cuss words. The movies I enjoy most are the one like Saving Sarah Cain and Love Comes Softly because there is no cussing they get their angry points across just as clearly and sometimes more effectively then films which feel the need to cuss every time they turn around. My husband and I have a rule in our house, if a movie uses G-d name 3 times it is removed no matter where it is in the movie.  I would have it removed right away but I try not to be to strike in it because some movies hubby picks I need to be accommodating to his wants. 

This was a sad little movie. It was about a couple who was moving West in the Pioneer era, they found the perfect piece of land to live on and raise a family. Sadly, that wasn’t going to happen because her husband had passed away in the beginning. After this she had no were to live and be safe. She was a single woman, now and winter was fast approaching.

A man with a daughter who had lost his wife made a prepossession her. He wanted her to marry him, for a place to live and to help with his daughter who was well strong welled. She agreed to the terms, which were she could leave in the springtime and go back to her family. She had to learn how to operate the farm and how to deal with a little girl who hated her. She roomed with the girl, and the girl had a lot to teach her. Well she ended up staying there. It was a tearjerker even in the happiness, because you just wanted the two girls to get close, bond, and fill in the void they had.

My first thought here is a house that eats people, doesn’t seem like a good movie to have little kids watch. My second thought it was a cute movie and I think it would be okay for kids who are at least 5 years old and understand the different between real and fiction. Basically, it is about a boy who is spying on his neighbor house. The neighbor appears to be a bitter mean old man, and the house is creepy and spooky to everyone.

The kids lost their baseball in the yard and neither of them wanted to get it. They had seen strange things happen there.

Well one of the boys went to get it, and the old man came out and got excited and had some kind of medical problem leaving the house a long, leaving his love a lone. After he was carted away by the ambulance the house started showing, it had a life force of it own.

They found out the mean bitter old man was that way because he was trying to protect everyone from his love.

In the end they found out why the house was haunted it was, and it got pretty action pact for a little kid’s movie. I really ended up liking the little movie, and had a few places where I laughed.

Fire House dog is about a boy who mother is pretty much out of the picture; I can’t remember why she was not around. I believe she may have died. His dad was a fire fighter for a department, which was having troubles since the previous Captain his brother died in a fire. The main character was the dog, the boy, and a couple of the other fire fighters.

The dog belonged to some over dramatic producer who used the dog to do tricks and ECT. The dog fall out of a plane on a shoot of some sort. Okay, sorry to break it to you, but no little dog is going to live falling out of a plan with no parachute sorry but not possible. The dog found his way to the boy who was well getting into a lot of trouble, skipping school and just being a normal wounded kid.

The boy in the end gets into some serious trouble and basically his dad and the dog end up being able to save him. It was a good movie; the boy was trapped in a fire by trying to protect his dad. For the most, the kid intentions weren’t always right but deep down you could tell he wanted to do what was right.

I am impressed with Ice Cube, I honestly did not think he could do a movie with no cussing. He is also a good actor. This movie is about a family who has some problems, and they move to a new place out in the woods. Their realtor was the same as the plumber or any other service they needed and their town would only let them us him.

Ice Cube was a sports magazine writer and his career was being ruined by some mental case he had to hire to work at the house to fix all the problems. Eventually they get the house fixed up.  The wife likes the helper and thinks he is so great. The only problem I had with this movie it was a little unrealistic but it was a good movie. I think it is a good movie for families and kids.

This movie starts out a little uncomfortable, with hanging a bunch of pirates. What was must disturbing was them hanging a young boy who started to sing a song, to call the pirates. Jack, was in the pearl in a place like hell. He was disserted with a bunch of other Jacks. I am guessing he was having a conflict of personality or something.  The girl and Michael got their crew and went to rescue them. In this one, there was a lot of betrayal and conflict of honesty. 

It is funny how in this Movie they make you want the pirates to be able to succeed and over power the English Navy. In the end, they set free some old goddess. I think most of the Pirates of the Caribbean series get of to an uncomfortable start but end up picking up in the end and getting interesting. On this one, I would love to have seen this one on HDTV or something because the end Graphics would have been awesome to see it on a newer TV one that has great Graphic capabilities.
