This started just a little gory, I am surprise it did not have a higher TV rating. It was rated PG, I think it should have been rated closer to PG 13. In the first 5 minutes of the movie someone was getting their eyes tore out by a vulture. This is a little to much for most young kids to watch, I even had to turn my head away from the screen. I am not exactly delicate but I don’t know seeing people getting their eyes plucked out just yuck. It not so bad when that fool loses his glass eye, one thing he did not say the whole movie was my eye itches.
Michael and the girl are arrested early in the movie, for helping a pirate escape. They where supposed to die but the leader of the navy wanted to have Jack compass and sent Michael to get, it from him. The compass showed people where things where that they really wanted, some how the girl escape to, that wasn’t as clear to me. She eventually ended up on the Pearl again with the navy commander. Little did they know Jack was a slimy Pirate who had sold their soles to the sea monster.
I would say the movie got better after the first part of the movie and wasn’t as gory neither. My husband and I laughed a few places. You know we should have never started watching Myth Busters because we know to much and end up saying a lot of times, that not even possible.
