Friday I ended up talking to PayPal three times, the first time it was because I wasn’t sure how to use the card in the ATM. I needed to take care of a charge that was going through my bank where I didn’t have enough money and I couldn’t wait for the length of time it would take to show up in my bank account. Some how my account was put on hold for suspicious activity with the bank, that probably took a hour to solve. At this time I decided nothing but the money for payment going through the account should be taken out of the bank until I know it is fine. My bank found the problem and it was fixed, basically I logged in at the exact time they were upgrading. The young man from paypal was helpful, and asked if I needed any more help. I asked him if he would be able to tell me what the id code was in case I remember wrong. He didn’t know that which is good but knew how I could change it and told me. I remember right. He did a very good job of helping me and wanting to go the extra mile. He got it right the first time.
Later that night I had my electric company lie to telling me it wasn’t being accepted. I found out it was actually being accepted. I am a lot calmer then Friday I had some time to calm down, and write nicely.
I decided to call them to find out why it wasn’t being accepted. During this time I decided I would find out my balance. What the heck it’s 10 bucks, NO that’s wrong I should have a lot more then that in there.
I wasn’t asking my electric company for a gold chain I was just asking them to get it right the first time. The second rep. from Paypal told me I would first need to call the electric company and try to solve it with them. I hung up with her, and gave the same number a call I had just hung up with for the electric company. I got another rep, and he was difficult, by the time I called PayPal the third time I was in tears and furious, so was my husband. What I had lift after I payed the electric bill was supposed to go to gas in the car, which can’t happen since they ran the card two times with it being approved and 2 times with it being declined, gee I wonder why. Then I did try to get it to work on line too.
The third operator at PayPal, I know she had to think Oh No not a explosive Customer this call won’t be fun. Instead of letting my furiousness rubb of on her she listen to my problem. She listen to what I had to say, which a lot of call center when you start I am Furious, right now and I need help and I hope you can help me. I told her what had happened that I spend close to a hour and a half with Xcel Trying to pay my electric bill and they told me that it wasn’t running. The first call to them was over a half hour, so I am adding the time together.
I told her I gave them permission to charge my card once, but she kept telling me it wasn’t being accepted. My Paypal rep looked at it and told me two of the 4 times it was accepted, so she didn’t see why they were telling me it wasn’t being accepted. She told me she would only allow the card to be accepted once and would remove the second transaction off of it. The third and Fourth would not go through because they were declined once. I asked her if they rerun it will it go through. She told me if that happens call back and report it, and they would canceled the card and reissue a new one. I do not think I will ever pay Xcell this way again. I am glad Paypal did such a good job of working with me to solve the problem. By the end of the call I actually laughed and felt better about the whole situation.

On Friday afternoon I called the electric company, I wanted to make a payment with my Mastercard from Paypal. At the time I did not have account number for Xcel, fine I will call back later. They weren’t able to help me because of no account number for my electric company.
Well I ended up telling them I would call them back later that night when I got home, which was around 1020. Sure enough there was someone there with Xcell Credit payment people, and I told her I would like to make a payment using my Mastercard from Paypal. She ran it through and said it was declined, that’s odd, so we tried 3 other times, each time she told me it wasn’t approved. I was a little confused because they said they took Master card but not Visa. I finally decided to tell her I would try on line, and when I tried on line it told me it was declined. I decided I would call Paypal to find out what for, I went for the option of see what’s in my account. There was only 10$ in my account that odd I should have at least 140 in there if none of the transactions when through I pulled it up on line and decided I go through to a customer service rep and find out what my next step would be. I found out that Xcel Energy Credit payment people did take it out of my account 2 times. I had explained to Paypal what happened and was told I needed to first talk to the company who got it wrong. Okay that sound be easy enough.
I called Xcel credit people back told them that it was accepted through paypal twice and I only wanted one payment to go through. The rep on the phone didn’t get it. I was on the phone for close to a hour with this guy and getting angrier by the minute. I asked to speak to his supervisor after being told that several times I didn’t know what I was talking about because my credit card wasn’t approved. I was like Yes it was I am looking right at my account and this needs to be solved now. I asked to speak to his supervisor he refused to send me through.
I finally got so mad with the whole situation I put the phone on speaker so my husband could hear the conversation. My husband heard the way he was treating me. He told me that I would have to wait up to 48 hours to have my account credited and that I needed to call yet another number. I asked him are they still open this late at night. He said Yes, We where on the phone a few more minutes, with the guy who was telling me with out saying it out right that I was stupid and didn’t know what I was talking about.
Not like I was asking them for some sexy shoes, I just wanted to pay my electric bill and then after I found out they did it all wrong I wanted it to be corrected. They took all my money out of my account and Praise the L-rd that Paypal don’t let it go over what we have in the account. I would be more angry if I had to pay for overdraft fees.
I was beyond upset with customer service at Xcell Credit card company. I called their 800 number they sent me to and they where closed until after the holiday. What the heck am I to do, by that time both transaction would be approved by paypal and then I would have to argue with them some more.
Now I have worked in a call center and I know you can reverse payments because I have had to when funky things happen like this. They lied to me told me they couldn’t do anything. Xcel Customer service needs a lot of improvement to bad there are no other electric company I can go to right now.

Okay seriously I lost some IQ points, Strange Wilderness the movie was dumb. It is about a show that would be found on something like animal plant if it wasn’t so horrible. The show is about to be quite because it stinks well it stinks all the way to the end of the movie.
Some parts where so bad that it was actually a little funny. Lets see I think the funniest part was when the turkey attached itself to one of them. Now we know no turkey would do that to someone or at least the attached part might no longer be attached.
This movie hit our 3 strike rule twice, there was really no value in the movie. If I rated it on a scale of 1 through 10 I would give it a 2 because of that one part I thought was funny and because it made me laugh a couple of times.
Sometimes watching movies is like finding auto insurance sometimes it great and sometimes it not so great like tonight.
Lets see their last video was gross, I thought I might have to upchuck with them. I would not recommend this as a family friendly film, I think it would more appeal to people who think gross things are funny.

My husband had a eye doctor appointment on Monday, I went with him and waited in the Lobby for him. I normally don’t go with him to his doctor appointment but he was worried they might need to dilate his eyes which would make it hard for him to drive. He didn’t tell me this before going so I would be prepared but that okay, don’t have to do much to drive a car then have your license with you.
Well my husband eye doctor was talking to him about his eye pressure. High eye pressure is a signs of Glaucomas, which in the long run makes a person blind. My husband wanted her to explain to me what she had told him, and explain it to me. My husband thinks I am intelligent when it comes to medical problems you’d think I was a doctor. The doctor briefly told me what was going on, but not a whole lot more then that. I know what Glaucoma is but I do not know what it is. I do know if it goes on treated and sometimes even with it being treated it can lead to blindness. Maybe this is something I will need to start researching depending on what the specialist says. She has referred my husband to a specialist okay that not to hard to handle but money wise it probably going to kill us.
I honestly think the his doctor should have explained more to us, gave us some reading material to help us understand better what may be going on with my husband. I was speaking with my husband when I realize that the doctor didn’t exactly explain a whole lot to us, and pretty much nothing to me. Okay I am not to upset about it, most doctors unless your in the room at the same time don’t repeat a bunch of stuff. Fine no big deal. While talking to my husband it seems like he knows just a little more then I do, which isn’t exactly good. He has had this concern for quite awhile so his eyes need to be checked yearly and they haven’t been checked for 2 years. The doctor did say his eye pressure being high may be normal for him, okay that could be true, because not everyone is the same.
Well we got done with that and it was time to start looking for glasses. I think our lady who was helping us did a very good job, she worked with my husband. We are on a tight budget and he was looking at the cost. We ended up getting one transition and one plain, the only reason why we could do this is she gave us some off on one set of classes. I was happy she did that for my husband, because we where trying to figure out how he could have the transition eyeglasses with out spending close to 300$
I believe for the most they did a good job of taking care of my husband. The person who I feel did the best was the eyeglass adjuster the one who helps you pick out what is the best glasses for you. She did a good job of letting my husband look for what he wanted on his own, and helped him make decisions when it came to the time to choose.
I would say overall the service was pretty good. The only room for improvement is that the doctor should have either came and got me before she began speaking to my husband or proved us with more information.

Smells good on my hubby but on me I think it a little to masculine for me. My husband and I are both fans of the Softsoap body washes. Soft soap is one of the few brands that isn’t to strong for my skin to be able to handle or for my asthma to like. I have very sensitive skin, so I still have to be careful with Softsoap because there are a couple out there that get me.
My a while ago my husband found a Pomegranate & Mango Moisturizing Body Wash. This smells yummy I could just eat up my hubby, but he just to rotten. Theres little beads inside of the soap, and it looks red to me. I wish they would make some of their new scents in smaller bottles because buying 18 Oz is a lot when you might end up breaking out from it. This was a good choice because I didn’t break out and it smells nice, but I think it smells better on hubby. I like there milk and honey one I believe it is.
Normally I will not use it on my face so I do not know if it will remove mineral makeup.

Milk chocolate is my favorite, but with that sometimes I can be very picky. Some things that are labeled milk chocolate shouldn’t be called that, but Lindt Milk Chocolate now that’s some milk chocolate. It has taste good, and depending on what you get it will melt in your mouth the way chocolate aught to be.
The Raspberry is very good there a nice taste of raspberry that does not over power the chocolate, it has a good taste for both.
The Raspberry filling is liquid, and is held inside of the chocolate bar. This bar is attached to each square and there are 3 pieces on each sections. The calories on this isn’t to bad it’s 200 per serving and there are 2.5 servings, that pretty good considering that it’s candy. A while ago they did say something about having a piece of chocolate before dinner to curb a appetite I am not sure that so true. I think people or scientist just say a bunch of stuff, one day it good for your and the next day it the worst thing you can possibly do to your self. Just like the sun don’t go out with out sun screen for how many years and then what this week they had something on the news, that woman need to have more sun to reduce the risk of breast cancer. Well here how I see it not many things are bad for us unless it really is done with to much. I am one who does not wear sunblock, because it breaks me out so it best to take chances with the sun. Well I don’t burn and normally won’t stay out to long if there is a risk I will burn. I am careful, because to much sun is bad.
Just like to much chocolate would be bad too, but right now there’s no such thing as to much chocolate. Well that was a rabbit trail back to chocolate.
What works for the Raspberry filled chocolate they married the two tastes very nicely. The chocolate doesn’t exactly melt in your mouth, but I don’t know seems like that melting might not be the best. The chocolate is nice and form and crisp, it makes noise when it broken off.
The thing I don’t like about it is the Raspberry filling is liquid because if your like me it ends up on the chin and sometimes drips out. I normally try to suck out the liquid which probably defeats the propose of marrying the flavors nicely. Finding good chocolate is like finding travel deals, you might not find the best the first try but if you keep looking you’ll find the yummies.

Okay I know white chocolate is not really chocolate it’s not made from chocolate beans but it’s still good. My husband got me some swiss White Chocolate Lindt Lindor Truffles. It comes in a yellow box and has the little white chocolate squares on the pictures, with white flowers.
Wow, these little squares are smooth and creamy inside they are so yummy, it’s hard to stop at one but hey their serving size is seven pieces. The flowers on the box are net, would maybe make a cool design on audio racks, just to make it look pretty. This is a sweet chocolate, and it just about melts in the mouth. It is comes in a box and then it wrapped in tinfoil stuff, the pieces are already broken into squares so it makes it easy to get out just a couple of pieces at a time. Then it stays fresh because your able to close the tinfoil over it saying you don’t tear it open and place it back in it’s box. Just make sure when placing it back in the box you put it back in the way it came out.
Is there anything I don’t like about their white chocolate bar, nope I like everything about it. It uses sugar which is good for me, because I don’t have to worry about it making me sick from a allergic reaction to fake sugar products. They where on sale which was great for hubby and I, because we where able to get 2 bars each and I will write about the 2nd bar later, and we gave the free one to a friend of our who was with us the day we got our chocolate.

This week I decided to get Dr. Thunder because it was on sale. Dr. Thunder is Wal-marts generic form of Dr. Pepper. To be honest it is pretty good but I prefer Dr. Chill, over it. Dr. Thunder to me tastes a little bit sweeter to me and isn’t as crisp as Dr. Pepper.
Dr Chill is like a good cheap hotels, even though they don’t charge as much they are just as good as a more expensive one. I will drink Dr. Thunder in a pinch, and it’s not a bad drink. I probably should think about comparing the sugar and calories with the 3 pops it might be interesting to find out which has more. Dr. Thunder and Dr Chill both taste best when ice cold. Dr Pepper isn’t like that it tastes just fine to me when it is warm. I guess when your spending a little bit of money on a generic name brand then you don’t get everything that you like with your name brand.

Tonight at the Mall of America we stopped at Payless shoes for my friend. She was needing a new pair of Tennis shoes. Okay you would think that the MOA Payless would have plenty shoes right, and plenty of nice shoes along with tennisshoes, I was shocked that they had no woman tennisshoes they had a few pairs for men.
While in the store not one person offered to help me or my friend. We looked and I know I have a loud voice, I am not rude, but my voice carries. My voice carries even when I am talking softly. Gosh I hate my voice! I told my friend, it looks like they don’t have any woman tennisshoes here. Okay no big deal, my friend said that she would try the one closer to her and see if she could find shoes. The last couple of times I have been in Payless it seems they don’t have a very wide selection of shoes. A couple years ago it seemed like they had a lot of nice shoes, well I guess lately many stores have been changing. Now days it hard to find flat shoes, that are not tennisshoes. Finally someone spoke to us at payless and it was on our way out of the door. I think that is pretty sad because maybe they had what we where looking for but because their customer service wasn’t good we didn’t get help that we needed, oh well.
Maybe she should try Naot.

Today my husband and I went to the Mall of America to meet with a friend. Earlier this week or maybe last weekend Israel had their 60th anniversary of being a Nation. Last weekend they had something at the Metro Doom. I am glad to see that still being used it a good building and honestly I don’t see much wrong with it. I know all you sport fans out there think you need something better then the Metrodome but maybe we should be happy with what we get. But that beside the point here.
My friend needed a new outfit so we went into a few stores on the 2nd and 3rd floor but they had nothing good. I can’t remember what brought us down stairs to the first floor but something did, they had the peace doves that were at the gathering last weekend on the first floor, I am not sure how long they will be there.
There were several which where awesome, and a couple that pleasantly shocked me. There was one from a Muslim community well considering those doves support Israel as a nation it was a little surprising to see that because normally when you think of the two community the first thing that comes to mind is they are at war with each other and have been for ever but they aren’t at war with every single one I guess would be a good way to put it. We decided that would be a good reason to walk around the entire first floor, we’d already walked the entire 3rd, but hey the 1st isn’t to bad. We really enjoyed seeing each one of the birds there. It was nice to see what each community did to their bird. Some of them where very colorful and some of them weren’t very colorful were solid colors we found one that I think we all like the most it was one that was mostly purple it was just beautiful.
While at the mall we stopped at one of our favorite chocolate places and got a couple of candy bars. Maybe we should have stopped in sears or one of the other stores and looked at their shower faucets I don’t like mine in the bathroom, and would love to shop around for a better one.
