I have been with T-Mobile for close to 5 years I believe. I have been for the most very happy with their customer services and their plans. I have the 600 minutes, anytime weekend and nights, T-mobile to T-mobile and the 400 Text Messages. My Bill is normally a little over 60. bucks unless I download some games, normally I don’t download games.
I have a flip phone which I can get a Bluetooth headset for if I wanted. I have been looking for one and found one I like. I have small ears, and I find that a lot of them just fall right off or are to heavy for my liking I found one I like but it’s close to 100$ so you can imagine I haven’t got it. I would rather spend money somewhere else. I have seen some at some stores for 13 bucks but those require a AAA battery and that just well, not what I want to do even through they look small but I would rather have something I know would be good.
Whenever, I call costumer services they are normally very helpful, and are welling to listen and try to help. Sometimes they miss the mark a little bit but for the most I have not had any real problems. I have only had one problem that ticked me off with them and when I spoke to someone else they fixed the problem for me. When my husband phone was sending me duplicate texts, they gave me some free texts to try to off set the problem and so that I wouldn’t go over my 400 texts I am glad they did. I found that to be helpful. 400 texts I normally do not use them all during the month but the plan is still cheaper then getting a bunch of texts by a couple of my friends.
My husband or my Cell provider haven’t figured out what the texting issue is, but they just don’t play well so often I get more then one of the same texts. This is bothersome, they both blame each other, honestly I think it just that they don’t want to play well together.
The only thing I do not like about T-moible is their Automated answer system when you first call in. The machine who comes on trying to be a human but never really understands what you are needing or wanting. This has always bother me it takes at least 5 minutes to work through it before you finally get to a live person. I would much rather deal with a real live person and get a response because at least I know it a intelligent response with some thinking behind it.
