Mendota Springs Flavored Water

Great they where all out of my H20, last week, which is what my husband and I both prefer. I decided to give Mendota Spring bottled water a try. I will say so far I think H2O is the best carbonated water. Mendota Springs bottled water is pretty good, they didn’t make the flavor to weak but they didn’t exactly make it strong enough neither. It will work in a pinch.
The water is clear, and has some bubbles in it because of the Carbonation in the water. When the water gets spilled it is a little sticky, I am not sure why it is because there really no sugar or artificial sugars in it. I like this because there is no fake sugars which now days is impossible to find in most beverages. The surprising thing is when different beverages use fake sugar they don’t even say it’s diet on the packaging , or that they are so people who are allergic like me have to read every single ingredient and that gets time consuming. So it is nice to know I can grab that one a hot day and drink down a bunch and not worry about the outcome.
I will say drinking carbonated water quickly isn’t wise it causes the hiccups or gas in the tommy which gives it own side effects. Even though it’s not my most preferred water I don’t have any comments about it that not becoming of the product.
I think sometimes finding good flavored drinking water is similar to finding ram for a laptop, there might be many good brands out there but some work better then other for the particular computer

I find the unflavored Mendota Springs Sparkling Water to be a most satisfying, refreshing beverage. It plays well with hot/spicy foods and with snacks that are a bit on the salty side. I drink a lot of water each day and am a very active individual. Can’t get enough of it and the local grocery stores can’t keep the unflavored version on the shelves. I would also add the lemon and lime flavors fall short for my taste.

  2. NO WAY JOSE! the lime mendota are the best. there’s something magical in that lime… probably cancerous… maybe a free radical. . . but it sure is tas-tee.

  3. LOL I do not think they are cancerous. Lime is good if you like that flavor, I prefer raspberry.

  4. I live in Northern Colorado. Where do I purchase Mendota Lime Water? I have never seen it on the shelves.

    Thank you.

  5. Sammye,

You will want to look at your grocery store, normally here it is larger stores which carry the Mendota waters. Lets see if you have a Safeway or Jewel I can’t remember what on the West Coast over there, even Pigly Wigly might have them. You may want to ask your grocery store to order it for you, they do that sometimes, I have noticed not all stores keep the Mendota water in the same place as water but they are always near other beverages if not near water. I would start by looking where all the water is.

  6. I just moved away and I am craving mendota could you help a brother out.
I really need to find out how to order a case.

  7. Mendota is very refreshing. I never drink pepsi or coke anymore. Several years ago, they carried a strawberry flavor. I wish we could start a facebook page, and rally the troops to get Mendota to bring back this flavor. They sure would put a lot more money in their pockets. Strawberry, strawberry, strawberry.

  8. I miss the strawberry flavor to. I am not a fan of the orange or green one. I am fairly pick on what flavors of water I like. I like mendota springs because they do not feel the need to put a bunch of fact sugar.
I am not sure if they have a face book, I am not sure how many beverage companies use facebook.

  9. One of the best things about the sparking water, anyone can make a refreshing drink with about any kind of juice natural or purchased that a person can find. You can pick the flavor of your choice and enjoy

  10. I moved from MN to TX and can’t find Mendota Springs Water in Target, HEB, or Walmart. Where in San Antonio can I find it? zip 78259

    Thanks

  11. Try Cub Foods or Lunds, most grocery stores have it.

  12. When I visit my family in St. Louis I make sure to take several cases back home to Chicago. I love sparkling water and I find that Mendota Springs is the best. The lemon flavor is so natural it most be pure lemon oil that flavors it. Can’t find it in Chicago. Does anyone know if it sold anywhere in this wonderful city?
    Thanks

I have been drinking Mendota for a very long time but it is so hard to find a store that carries it in different states & citys and that’s true here in Florida on the east coast area of Vero Beach north to Fort Lauderdale to the south. We vacation here for about 3 months to get away from the white stuff in Michigan. I have tried Public Grocery stores and some small neighborhood stores but nothing. If anyone has had any luck in getting it (Lime) please pass the word on.
    Thank you.

I live in Phoenix Arizona. We have family in minnesota. That is were I first had your water. We like it very much, and would like to get some in Phoenix. We can not find it, please tell me were in Phoenix, if any, it would be carried.

  15. I have no clue where it can be found. I am starting to think it is just a Minnesota brand because I haven’t found anything in Oregon where we recently.

  16. Mendota Springs is a legacy brand of Midwest Coca-Cola bottling and was only bottled as a sparkling water in Eagan, MN (There was a brief stint where it was packed as a still water in Wisconsin). Midwest merged with CCE and rolled back in to KO. I expect continued production will be based on profitability and demand. Distribution was within the footprint of the Johnston Coca-Cola territory and not allowed to expand beyond that territory.
