What happened to making it right
Let me start by saying lately I haven’t been very happy with Paypal, there customer service has seemed to go down hill. I am not sure why but they need to get their act together and quick.
Today my husband called me telling me that his account was charged twice by T-Mobile, so I called T-mobile to tear them a new one. The rep told me that the first transaction was not approved but the second one was. Now this has happened to me in the past two where I have ran the card for them twice because I was told the first time it didn’t go through when it actually went through. Okay Paypal needs to fix this problem and not allow the transaction to go through on their end not allowed transaction like that to affect the balance of the account this is annoying.
After I was done talking to T-mobile I told my husband what I was told. Well Paypal at first admitted to doing wrong. Now my husband has it set up where paypal will take from the checking account if he overdraws today this caused him trouble. He asked them to cancel the transaction and they refused to do this for him. Okay so your going to cause a transaction to happen even though you declined the first transaction this doesn’t make any sense to me. They should have a way when they fix the double charge to stop it from taking out of his checking account at the same time. The supervisor who my husband spoke with was no help at all. To say the least I am disappointed in there services as of late.
