Cub Foods is a local grocery store here in Bloomington. Tonight my husband and I decided to stop on our way home from meeting a friend. Hubby needed some drinks and combs, so we stopped and got that. I bagged up everything and didn’t realize he didn’t grab the combs and neither did I. So I called them right away within 10 minutes. 10 minutes is not that long to call them to find out if the combs where lift behind. I got a hold of customer service and indeed they said we lift them and to come back and pick them up. Okay no big deal.
What surprised me is their practice at Cub Foods, I am sorry I believe it stealing and have to admit I am very disappointed in them. When we had gotten to Cub Foods, I went to the same register I checked out at and was told to go over to Customer Service so I walked over there, thinking the combs would be there. Wrong! They told us to walk back over and grab them from the shelf and we could have it. I asked why was the item restocked when it had been purchased and paid for. I am sure if I were to buy satellite radios from Best Buy or somewhere like that they would hold on to it until I got back to the store. But I am pretty sure if Cub sold something like that they’d restock it and oh yeah to bad we won’t credit your account we’ll get double pay for what we done.
Personally I think when a person purchases something it aught to not be placed back on the shelf for at least 24 hours, this way when a person walks away from what they bought it’s not lost to them. Grant it when we came back they made sure we got a package of combs but still the principle is that they reshelf a item which was purchased already, and we all know they weren’t going to credit our account. This in my book is as bad as stealing or being dishonest and I do not like it when companies are being shady with me. In this economy we need upstanding companies which can be trusted! I do not feel I can trust a store like Cubs now with what has happened.

What is Sony thinking is what I would like to know. Sometimes games break, we expect it to happen especially if you play the same game frequently. I have always found it amazing that you can download games, on to either the PSP or PS3 this is a good thing, but it would be better if they would not charge the same amount as the stores do. One game hubby has over played and he found out Sony is asking for the same price as for the game itself. Okay so you download the game on the system, there no hard copy, so why are we paying the same amount, there’s no shipping fee, and their is no 3rd party fee neither. So why must they charge the same amount for games on line, there is less involved. The only thing is there might be download time but shoot you’d think it be a little cheaper.
I know downloaded music files cost less then the CD from the store. Most companies are simply over charging for there products. Some good game for just giving the brain some rest are the brain teasers and the driving games. Atlease if you crash one of those cars you won’t need to go and ask for help from Morristown personal injury lawyer, because that crash affects no one. The fun thing with games is there are no real consequences in life. I do like Fable because the creator makes consequences for the character. I think for younger players it’s good to have the characters suffer for their choses. This might teach some kids, I will say that Fable didn’t get parenting a child correctly there.

Let me start by saying normally I am not a political type of person, I prefer not to be involved. Funny thing is I have served for my district, don’t get me wrong it wasn’t horrible but I wouldn’t want to do it again. It’s not my cup of tea, but maybe I need a change of attitude because I am getting sick and tired of things. This week has been very rough, I have bad allergies and when they get bad I simply can’t breath. Normally my doctor gives samples because I do not make a lot of money. Now I can’t even get medical help, because they claim we make to much money. Hmm like to see them live on my budget for 2 weeks, they’d see just how much money I have left over for medical stuff. I wish I had insurance but I can’t afford it and often it’s came to choosing to eat or having my asthma meds. This week, it was choosing to breath, more then having other things met, speaking of that I have to pay direct TV. Bet that guy happy with me because I got a little snippety with him when he didn’t listen to me that I would pay when I got home.
Yesterday I went to the doctor I was unable to breath and was feeling like maybe I had caught something from a little kid. So they ran their test let’s not even think about what that’s going to cost me. Doctor looked in my ears and said you have fluid in your ears, I told her yup they been feeling full. It’s hard to explain but when my allergies get bad my ears get fluid in them, it’s not really painful just annoying. She got me a few prescriptions which I was glad she done that for me. It helps because 2 of the meds she put me on would cost more then I make in a month. For my rescue inhaler she didn’t have them. I bet I know why because the big name brand don’t wanna give up their profits. Okay no big deal I can afford my rescue inhaler at least I thought it used to be about 30$. I just about freaked out when I found out the med my doctor prescribe was 60$, the pharmacist knows me and my family, so she knows our situation. What I’d like to know how am I going to make ends meet for almost 2 weeks on 19 bucks. Recently we took in dad, and my husband on meds also. So when I told my pharmacist I don’t have that type of money. she said she call the doctor office and see if she can get another substitute which would be lower cost. I spend half of today dealing with this. By the time I started feeling very ticked off and feeling like a vacation at Las Vegas hotels might be a good idea, maybe I could gamble and win my medications.
I finally told both my clinic and pharmaceutics it should not be this hard for me to get a asthma med that I can afford. Well at the pharmacist I found out something. Okay, I love my Country, but frankly I am getting sick of the stupidity of those who make decision for us. The Government and their global warming people are causing people like me not to be able to get the medicines we could afford because you know what they just did pretty much said gee you now get to have the name brand meds. Now I will be honest and say I believe in some of the Global warming hip but I disagree with a lot of it too. To bad if you can’t afford it because your asthma meds is hurting our Ozone layer! Give me a Break! The administration said they’d like to make Medical stuff more reachable my thoughts to that is bull-crap, in no way does me having to get a name brand product makes it easier for me to seek medical attention when I needed it. It makes it harder me to get the medications I need to be able to breath. Sorry I might not be good at taking my meds because they are simply to expensive all together but I do try to keep the rescue inhaler. My feelings is would it not have been easier to let the pharmaceutical companies keep their generics and give them a dead line instead of pulling all the meds off the shelf. This was a dumb move by our law makers.
By the way I am using my constitutional rights to speak freely. It’s great having that right that my father and father in law fought for.

Okay maybe not so new but it’s newer here in my neighborhood. I am glad they moved in a Subway because it made it easier for me to get dinner. I decided on Thursday it was time for me to try it. I had class and had tutoring before so I wanted something that would hold for the drive to school and for the tutoring session before class. I have a 1/2 hour before class begins to eat so that simply not enough time.
I walked in, boy their store is smaller then what I am used to but they are in a stripe mall. I think Subway and Famous Daves might help keep that stripe mall a live. It’s a good thing Subway moved in, I believe they are where the fish tackle place was. I order my sub, it was a veggy I didn’t want to trust meat because that can’t be out as long as veggies so my sub had no mayo. It was still good, I used oil and grab a few mayo packets. Now I will say I missed the mustard.
Customer service was good, and I was waited on and out of there within a reasonable amount of time. So having them so close makes it good. I wonder what liporexall reviews are and what it is for.

Lets face it most restaurants we choose are not a good way to fat burner. Friday night we decided to take dad for Chinesse Dad claims he don’t like that type of food, just like he don’t like lamb, chicken or turkey. It’s funny he always says he don’t like things but ends up eating all his food and enjoying it well commiting how good the food is there.
Last night I order the cashew chicken and they tried giving me the Peanut chicken. No thanks to that, I am not a fan of cooked peanuts, cashews on the other hand works well good.
I guess the waitress misunderstood or her cook it. Overall the food was good.
The bathroom I don’t much care for because I think it just don’t look clean, not that it is not clean just doesn’t look clean to me.
The good thing about Great China Buffet you can either order the buffet or something off their menu. We prefer the menu because it cheaper. The best thing about them is that their pop is reasonable and the food is servered hot and tastes good too.

Recently my hubby and my DVD player started having problems. Normally we shop at Best Buy for Electronics but we wanted to save some money. Since dad has been living with us I am making far less money because dad needs someone to take care of him during the day so I work part time. I am also a college student, don’t ask me what the word rest is because I’ll probably tell you time to do homework or laundry.
Hubby and I first looked at Target but there was no one who could answer our questions about DVD players and well we wanted a little help. I suggest strongly we try Ultimate Electronics, because of their commercials claiming they checked prices with Best Buy and Wall-Mart, I figured they would be a little cheaper.
They treated us very well there, we later decided to talk to them about TVs because soon we want to get a new TV they treated us as good as a Westgateheaven. The young man who was helping us decide on which DVD player we wanted help us look at Tvs and see the difference between them. I have a Favorite brand a a couple I will accept. One thing my hubby and I realize while at Wall-Mart, is that well they may carry the same brand but that doesn’t mean ultimate electronics carries the same models of TV or products so how are they able to price match.

This weekend we went for dinner. The first place we tried was Perkins right next to us. They had changed their menu, and well they aren’t as careful as they used to be. My husband wasn’t impressed with the waitress, she seemed short and not like she cared enough in his opinion. I didn’t see it the same way, because I figured she didn’t have to run to the kitchen to ask if maybe she saw them frying the pork in the same grease.
They took off the chicken pot pie which I really like, so pretty much if I didn’t want breakfast I wasn’t going to be eating so we decided to leave. Dad and hubby both wanted to walk out with out paying for the drink. I decided to ask for the bill for the drink and the waitress there said she’d take care of it. Hubby didn’t like the way she interacted with us and felt that was the only good thing she did.
I will say the Perkins by us has lost their newest to them and has lost some of their appeal. We did end up finding somewhere to eat, and had a good dinner that night.
The dinner was as good as all the dinners I had on my Orlando vacations, and we each got what we wanted. Dad and I both order a combo from the other place and hubby had his yummy stake nachos. We ended up going to a Mexican restaurant that night. The most frustrating thing about Perkins menu change is that takes off another restaurant I used to eat at and not have problems. Pretty soon I won’t be able to eat.
