Say What I Think

Today my husband and I watch Frank. It was a good little movie at first I was worried it wouldn’t be that good of a movie because it has a slightly slow start. It about this family who goes on vacation to their summer house which they hadn’t been for a while. I guess the mother grew up on the island, it reminded me of a part of WA but I am not sure where it was. There was a animal on the loose causing trouble and damage, no one knew what it was and they did the assume it was some wild beast.
The father had some issues he was a net freak and when he clean he really played the role good. He fixed the kids toilet I wonder if it was a spring plungers.
There was 2 kids in the family, and at first they didn’t want to be on this island until they found the ugly dog. They ended up moving to the island because of the dog, which was sweet but like any family going to really do that. The dog favorite pass time was chewing up the dads slippers.
I would recommend this movie for families, it had no language.

I have to say I need to be careful what kind of treats I get the dog or the dog might be a good candidate to write a colon cleanse review, normally treats aren’t to bad finding for her but I do need to watch the fat content in what I give Shadow. We found out here sensitive system after she moved in with us, but training her is a challenge unless you can give her a special treat. I give her chicken treats for walking outside and behaving, and meaty bone when she comes in, I change up sometimes from Milky bone. I like the meaty bones for her they are smaller then milky bones and shadow likes throwing them into the air and then catching them.
They don’t have a strong small, but they do look pretty good, they have some sauce on them which is dry and the dog always like them.

A few weeks ago I decided to try something I saw on sale at Target. I didn’t think it would work but I felt it was worth it. I have a cat with long hair, and he sheds a lot, and sometimes the vacuum cleaner isn’t always the best. I get hair all over my clothes and it frustrating trying to use the sticky stuff because they just cause more garbage.
I have to say I am a little disappointed these are disposable and can’t be used more then once. I might want to look into getting on of those lent brushes which are velvet looking maybe it be good. It would probably be easier to pack away on trips to places like granny when I visit her. She has cats to which shed just as much as Otis does, and cleaning up cat hair off of clothes can be challenging.

Yesterday after Graduation we decided to go out to lunch, our friend lives in St. Paul we are in Bloomington area, so we decided Highland park Bakersquare would be the best place to go. We had a party of five. We had asked for a table because I normally do not like booths, they set up a table for us, and we where able to order. Our Waiter did a okay job, but there was clearly a couple of miss-communications. Two of use had ordered Cokes, and one other had order Cherry coke, the cokes tasted flat, so we all switch to lemonades and they where are the same types of lemonades. Our waiter handle everything well. I had order the quish pie shop special, hubby got philly crepes, dad wanted the children meal crusher, but got the appetizer with a side of fries, my nephew got the shrimp unclean oh well it’s him eating not use. My friend got a quish also with the pie shop special.
The quish was interesting it was the first time I have ever had one I had the tomato basil with tomato basil soup. Tomato basil soup is my favorite soup. I had not ate all day because of graduation so Bakersquare was the first time I ate, so I am glad their food was enjoyable. Yesterday was one of those days I didn’t feel I might need to look at diet pills to help me, now maybe hubby might want to think about it because he don’t get enough exercise. My husband didn’t eat all of his philly crepes I probably should have asked him if they tasted good he brought it home so it must not be that bad. Man speaking of him he is still a sleep, and I have completed my share of my learning team assignment and work a couple blog post. I wonder how much piece and quite I get before he wakes up.
When it was time to check out our check out person got all confused, and billing was a mess they got made at out waiter for not asking us if we needed the check on a separate bill. I think it was partially our fault to we knew we needed at least 2 separate checks, because my nephew always puts hubby in I in a position where we have to pay for him. I could have told our waiter.
The next problem was being charged for the fries when we thought dad was getting the children meal. We should have communicated with him dad wanted the children meal more clearly. Overall our experience could have been a little better then it was but it was the worst experience ever.

The other day my husband and I had stopped at Wal-Mart, I had promised dad a Root Beer Float. Sometimes generic brands are good and taste almost as good as the name brand, not the case here. It was only 2.49 but I think it had more water and not enough syrup to be worth the price per can. I made my root beer floats for both my husband and I while he was playing one of his ice skateboard ramps games and dad decided he wanted to go to bed so no float for him that night.
The first thing I noticed the pop didn’t fizz the same way the name brand does or the other generic brand I get. I drank some of the root beer and it tasted watery, which wasn’t pleasant because there was no true taste. So Keg style root beer is not a good type for root beer floats, it doesn’t have enough taste to stand on it own.
My husband had one that was cold and by it’s self and it tasted fine he said but still was a little watery. Next time I need Rootbeer I think I will get Chill Root Beer, because I know their stand up to the taste of adding ice cream into the drink. Keg Root beet I will probably never buy again unless it the only thing on the shelf after looking at several places.

Today I had lunch at Chinese Gourmet Restaurant in Burnsville MN. I will say I was not impressed at all with lunch. My nephew was with me, I am still care taking for him today. His remark when we first came up, is man this places looks like it should be closed down, it looks bad. I couldn’t help but look at the property and think the same thing, there was nothing to brighten up the building or lot, it looked plain which isn’t the best thing. Lunch was $10, honestly they did not have enough options for their lunches, I ended up ordering their fragrant vegetables I think they used more spices then was need, the only good thing about my meal was it was served hot. It was not the worst meal I have but it was not worth the money, because I didn’t have the soup.
My nephew had the sweet and sour chicken, he ate most of it, and it looked good. He got some cheese wontons and said they were not very good. To be fair I do not like most Chinese food and fairly picky, but not like they will need Tennessee injury lawyers. I simply did not like the food there, and did not like their lunch menu, it only had 5 picks for entrees and 3 picks for soup, the drink had plenty to pick from even though they did not have Dr. Pepper as a choose but they did have Mt Dew.
The best part of lunch was a business meeting I was invited too

Yesterday I got dad some fish, normally I have no trouble getting them home and transitioning them into the fish tank water even the tertris which I have done a lot. But since i have moved to MN, and lost my last tank with all my fish I used to breed I have had nothing but trouble keepong them alive. Dad was looking at some very large fish tanks and saying how they’d be nice, yeah but where am I going to fit it in the house, it’s not like I have alot of room.
I went to PetSmart, and got dad 4 guppies, 2 males and 2 females, I guess dad likes watching them have babies and looking at all them having baby. I got one male which looks like a monarch butterfly and another which reminds me of the rainbow, which is G-d promise not to flood the earth. The other female is pretty and the other male is nice looking too. I am hoping they do not all die soon, but it seems they have lived longer then any other fish I have gotten. I picked some really fisty fish, who didn’t want to be caught, for the guppies. Now the tetris were not fighters they were caught on the first try, and they all looked very small so maybe they just were not that healthy or strong.
The guppies would have died by now if they where not going to make it, but they have been swimming strong and eating and chasing after eachother for fun moments for fish. Now if dad gets his way I think I might need to look at a filter the size of spa filters because them tanks are huge, and boy I can promise I wouldn’t be able to file it up as quickly as I did my ten gallon tank.
PetSmart has good fish for the most and their tanks where clean. I did not see any dead fish floating in the tank which is important when buying a fish. The young lady who had me, was new to the job and it was a show watching her get the guppies out of the tank. I told her we’d be back for both catfish and a sucker fish, later when the tank been used a little while longer.I need to make sure they have food to eat too, and the tank was recently set up. I moved my tank to the dining room which doesn’t get a lot of sun lit but they are out in the open and it’s not as dark in there.

Wow it still smells good, and it’s been open for a year. I put it in the closet and forgot all about it. I wanted to have a nice small in the living room. So I was looking around and found the pet fresh from Arm&Hammer. I gave it to my nephew and told him to use it. I was surprised it still smelled good, and wasn’t all clumpy. It’s like my rug got a nice little colon cleanser done to it. Today we decided to steam clean it so the carpet now smell differently but that’s okay, in a couple days I will probably use the arm&hammer pet fresh again.
It is very fine and powdery, which can be bad if your asthmatic and can’t breath good, when it in the air. I have a little trouble using it if I do not shake it close to the floor otherwise I have no trouble. The box has lasted me at least 4 vacuuming and I have plenty more lift, it does not take a lot to make the floor smell clean and fresh. I have never liked products where you have to use a lot of it to work, but this seems to do the trick with just a lite coat or a lite sprinkling on the floor.
