These are good, they have a little salt, and are covered in honey that crystallized like sugar. I have to admit I really like my almonds and blue diamonds got some good almonds to choose from. I need to be careful not to eat to many of these because there is a lot of fat in nuts. 13g of fat is a lot I think.
It is simple to say what is being thought, sometimes it might be best to just bite the tognue

Always good at Racha
This is a nice little restaurant I like it there. Everytime we have been in there they have been super polite and helpful. I am not used to going places where they are very friendly and there are many places like that in our neighborhood. Shoot I never had a problem until last night when some guy caused me to have to walk into traffic almost and then cuss me out. Gee sorry I didn’t get ran over for your enjoyment, or let you plow into me. Well Anyways back to the food, I had. Tell you what if Racha went to marmot they’d have some of the best food!
Tonight I had the garlic delight with chicken, It was very good and I enjoyed it. I actually ate it all.

I want nuts
What I do not understand is why a nut would need to add something with wheat in it. Oh well I found nuts that I wanted. Blue Diamonds Almond Roasted and salted nuts. They are perfectly salted, and one of the few things I can have when I want something to snack on. I have always liked almonds, and blue diamond almonds are nice.

Outback Steak House in Happy Valley
Maybe it Portland in that area but Its the one by Johnson creek blvd. We decided to take dad out for dinner, he hasn’t been for a couple of weeks, and i finally got my money. So we decided there would be nice. I am just hoping I will not need roadside assistance anytime soon on my car,
my engine light came on. We were seated right away and ordered pretty fast. The only thing I didn’t like is that the gluten free menu has no price on it, this would be helpful to a person like me who not looking at a real menu. Give the prices and make it a little easier on me. Oh well the food and service was great and I liked it there.

Racha Thai & Asian Kitchen in Happy Valley Oregon
To many Options, Yes me as a gluten-free person is saying to many options for me. The more option I get the harder it is for me to pick what I want to eat. Most places I only get 2 to 4 options. I will say I like all my options, and I thought it was great, I had options in every single category. I did the Royal Sweet and Sour Chicken dish, and my husband id the Garlic Delight Beef. One word Yummy! The good was served hot, and well prepared. I will have to say the sweet and sour which I have always loved was the best sweet and sour. They didn’t bread the chicken, it was nicely grilled chicken. It had a nice texture to it wasn’t over done or under done, it was just right and tasted good. My husband dish was good to i tried a bite and it was nice. Maybe next time i will get the garlic chicken. The nice thing here is when I come in I will know my menu options are good. Just as good as finding a best buy boxing day sales in Canada.
They are about the same price as most restaurants near me. Their staff was friendly and it was a pleasant place to eat.

Bajio Mexican Grill in Happy valley Or.
I think my husband and I found a new favorite Mexican Restaurant. We walked there from home. I have to say I am proud of hubby actually walking that distance. He improving. Well we got there and I ordered the Mexican Pizza, and he ordered the burrito bowl. I do not care for spicy food and the staff there lead me just right. I really enjoyed my pizza and I ate the entire thing! Normally I can not eat the entire thing. It was good.. I got the refried beans, and honey chicken, with a few other things. It was served to me tasty.
We walked back, my shoes are the shape ups I wonder if they burn more fat thenLowa boots when walking. The prices at Bajio Mexican Grill are reasonable, it easy to feed my family there and still stay in a budget.

Hebrew national Hotdog Brats
I finally found a all beef hotdog I can eat with all clean meats. I am allergic to pork products and it’s by products. I also can’t have antibiotics and growth harmones which is a pain in the neck. well We decided to give it a try and it tasted good. Their brats are nice and big. I wish they would come in a package of 8 not 4 or 7, 8 is a good number.. or Even 6 a nice even number for people like me that have three peopel ot feed. I should make a scrapbooks of us eating. I am glad I gave this a try.

Annie’s Creamy Deluxe macaroni Dinner with Real Cheese
This pasta is gluten free and it just as good as the good stuff. The pasta is made from rice, so I can eat it. It the best gluten free mac and cheese I have had so far. It a little more expensive then the other Annies mac&cheese but oh so much better. The cheese goes nicely onto the pasta and it doesn’t take long, so much more easier then finding a container to mix milk and the cheese powder. I can’t find a Occupational Therapist Aide Jobs through this dinner but I can get full from it.
I am happy with the Creamy Deluxe Macaronia dinner with real cheese. I so far like everything about it.

Talking Rain mango Acai
My husband only drinks certain types of water. I like flavored water and talking rain has some good flavors. I wasn’t sure what I would think about mango acai flavored water it could go one of two ways. I either hate it or love it. Sometimes when it comes to water I have no middle ground. I really liked the Mango Acai flavor acai is a strange flavor if i remember right it some kind of Asian fruit or maybe it was From HI I can’t honestly remember. I do now I like it in smoothies.
At least we found a place with Talking rain a little cheaper and I won’t be tempted to take a small business loans bad credit, so my hubby can have his water! Don’t worry I am not that dumb to take a loan out just so I can have water or he for that matter, at that point I would just start drinking from the tap.

Penzeys Spices in Happy Valley
I am so happy to see a Penzey here in Oregon, we had found Penzeys in MN and didn’t think they would be here. We found out shortly after we moved in that yes there is one. Penzeys spices now will be easier to get then ipod nano accessories for my husband and I just because the store is closer to us. The staff at Penzey’s have been knowledgeable and helpful for the most. I was able to find out all of their spices are gluten free except for one item. So hey if you need gluten free spices this place just might work. I might be able to try their ranch but kind of scared to because I always have reacted negatively to most ranch dressings.
We ended up getting two different spices. Old World and BBQ3000 which are two of my favorite spices. I can get some spices for my sauces from there too. I am so happy because they have good spice and are small enough to be able to talk to people. I like the mom and pop shops. I didn’t know until recently all of spenzeys spices are gluten free which makes it a lot easier because some manufactures do add wheat by products into their spices which is stupid.
