I didn’t much care for the frosting but I am not a big frosting fan. However there frosting was pretty good it was light and tasted okay. Being not a fan, I try not to critize it to much it just a preference. There was no lodge furniture, there was no where to sit and visit but that okay. Their birthday cake cupcake was very good. I enjoyed it, it was smooth, and wasn’t dry like most gluten-free things are. They have done a great job on making gluten free worth while. Oh and did i say it’s all Gluten free there, so I can eat everything and anything they have and oh boy that so good for me.

I am glad we went and it was nice. They have great customer service. I wish we would have gotten there earlier, because most of their selection was gone by the time we made it, and it was about 30 minutes before it was time to close. So i can understand the low stock especially since they gluten free and you do not want to make to much of that especially if you can’t sale it all. I am pretty sure they are selling good. They even had gluten-free dog treats. I think I found my new favorite place. Gonna have to try to get there on a Friday because it’s donuts day. Oh one word that comes to mind when i think of this place, Yummy.

I have to say I am surprised how heavy their burgers are, at least a pound. Dad eats the whole thing so they must taste very good to him, I am not sure I can’t eat them. It does smell good if I could eat it, i might not like it. I am not big on fast food. To bad I don’t have any redenvelope coupons for them because they are a lot more expensive then Burger king or McDonalds.

Last night we went to Mediterranean Grill, and it was good. Dad had a Mediterranean, wow talk about huge! It was so big I dont think it would have fit in his mouth. It was made with pickles, a nice size beef patty, fries, and some other stuff i couldnt tell what it was. Dad really enjoyed it he ate most of it which surprised me. He didn’t like the fries inside the burger so next time we will need to ask them not to put fries in it.
My husband and I both had a combination plater with rice. They were able to adapt the plate so that it was gluten-free for me. I have to say I didn’t care for the rice, but the meat was good. the rice needed some type of seasoning but with being gluten-free that wasn’t a option for the cook. So I can’t blame them on my dislike of the lack of spices.. :)
Overall the experience was pleasant. The staff there was great. The gentleman who owned the store told us about the pictures on the walls and by goodness they were beautiful makes me want to take a trip out there myself to see it.
It was very nice there. The price wasn’t bad about 40 to feed a family of three which is a little more on the high side of what I like to spend but it was worth it.

So we stopped in at Mechie’s in happy valley near Target. I liked them you get to pick the yogurt you want, can mix different flavors then there are lots of topping to choose from. I have to be careful of wheat and MSG products. I was able to find a couple of things I could have. I really liked it there. We didn’t have any left over so I bought dad a small icecream from target. I am not sure why his contianer ended up in the composter but it should have found it way to the trash.

The guy at Menchie’s explain how it worked to my husband who never been there. They have something similar to this at the MOA. I have to admit I like Menchie’s better.

We walked up to Crispy Cream Donuts. Yeah I am probably spelling everything wrong tonight. I used to love them when I was able to eat all the donuts I wanted. We both had the same thing. It hit the spot I been wanting ice cream for a while but can’t have it at home if I want any of it. I asked them if I could order their Ice Cream sundaes and keep wheat free. We figured I probably could so I ordered my Caramel ice cream sundaes.
I don’t know maybe the girl was having a off night. At least she wasn’t rude, and I wasn’t asking her for skin care products, I asked to keep my health good. Sometimes you can tell the ones who do not understand food allergies. The ice cream was good and so was the caramel with bananas.

You can get a lot at MOA not sure if you can find anything on promise ring etiquette but maybe you can, who knows. Well it took a while for us to get our orders in but that’s okay. Our waitress asked us if we where served and we said no, she apologized. I didn’t really care that it took a little while for them to serve us, because I was talking to my hubby.
We order our usual. It came nice and hot and tasted good. My usual is Sweet BBQ and Honey BBQ hubby is garlic. We had a order of fries. The most interesting thing was the 100 flavor coke machine. I had raspberry and vanilla coke. Hubby had Lime. Well the first one I had ended up being lime by mistake. No wonder why it tasted wrong. Overall we had a pretty good experience.

I like the food there but it seems I almost have to yellow at them for them to hear me. It is so nosy in there so I can’t hardly blame them for not understanding me right. I am allergic to pork, so to make sure they do not give me it, I ask for the veg beans. Tonight they where insistent I wanted veg bowl, nope I wanted their shredded beef. I mean its not like I use words that a lawyer tucson would use I use simple words.
By the time we got our meal right which my husband helps confuse people I believe. The girl ahead of us had a something and they where trying to get hers done but hubby thought it they was working on mine. Sometimes I think he needs to hush up and let them deal with one person at a time might have not had so many confusions tonight.
The food tasted okay.

Tonight we had our favorite waitress. Tonight the kitchen didn’t get it right with my husband food. It was fixed very quickly so this made us happy. My food was served to me good, I had nachos. I am going to miss this restaurant when we move to Oregon. It one of our favorite restaurant and one of the few Mexican places we can eat and not worry about the sides having pork by products. So it is safe for me to eat there. At least my husband found a pizza place that gluten free in Oregon so this could be good unless the pizza tastes like zamberlan hiking boots. I do not always appreciate the taste of gluten free. I got some gluten-free matzahs for passover that I hate.

I went in and asked to look at a menu, I than asked question about my wheat gluten allergy. I was pleasantly surprised they had a allergy menu, which listed meals you could order with your particular allergy. This made their menu so much easier to read and look at and then decide what I actually wanted, the only allergy they did not have listed was pork. Now I know how to work around it. This would be a nice http://www.redenvelope.com/mothers-day-gifts-rmfav gift type thing for the person who have a lot of allergies it made there menu nice to deal with and know what I was getting.
We were seated and our waiter did a great job with my husband and I. I had order there salmon, mash potatoes, and zuccinie. It was very good and was served very hot.
My husband had BBQ Chicken, rice, and mash potatoes he liked everything including the mash potatoes. Overall this was a good experience dinner was nice. It was a little more then what we normally tend to spend on dinner out.
