We needed a couple of things today and well something why not just get for a buck and be done with it. It’s not like I needed a pool safety covers, what amazes me is our apartment doesn’t cover the pool during the closed season it’s strange to see. I have grown used to seeing them closed. We got out of the dollar store with three bucks. It seems slightly disorganized and there was a couple people working on making things better.
They were helpful when needed.

I have to say I love their peanut sauce. I have been to several places where I did not like it at all. I am always impressed with the peanut sauce when I have it. This weekend my husband and i went there, we had a nice meal. I decided to order their spinach vegs and their veggie rolls they were very good. We always like it there because we know food will be fresh and it not to expensive and it gives us our date night near home.

First Act Guitar

My husband has gotten sick of me, being grumpy. So this week he suggested I get myself a guitar. I had looked at a few options but didn’t have much money to spend. I ended up getting a first act guitar from target. Wow it smaller then i thought it would be but it works nicely. I have tiny hands so this is actually good for me and will allow me to make some cords I can not make on my other guitar the one in Minnesota. I will get that once I get more money flowing in.
I found this to be easy to tune but the tuning nubs or what ever they are called aren’t to easy to turn and it hard to get them to move. The wood is nice, and it is actually a good little guitar for how cheap it was.

Cocoa Butter, Body Butter from the Body Shop

One thing I got on my trip to “The Body Shop” was cocoabutter, it is a interesting texture. Sadly it didn’t work as well as I wanted, but normally not much works on dry skins on elbows. It does work nicely for hands lotion. I am not sure I would want to try to hold on to a metal detectors after putting it on because for a few minutes my hands were a little sticky. The small is mild enough scented that it doesn’t bug my asthma and I got a small round container for 5$ was it worth the money, I am not sure. Will I buy it again depends on the need I have to simply deal with dry hands after washing them yes I will buy it again maybe even try another scent.

DuraFlame Fire Log

Wow it burns a lot longer then the packaged said it said it burned for 4 hours. We have been trying this this week. I put the fire on around 6pm when electric usage is higher. If my electric bill goes down some I will probably start just using logs unless it nighttime then I will use the heater. Wow they burn long enough and put off enough hit to make it worth it in the apartment. I am glad I bought this brand of fire log because it burning longer then they said. I got the 4 hour long log and they are last 5 to 6 hours long, so this is great. I’d like to see tillman gloves keep my hands warm outside for 5 or 6 hours long, well never had them so they just might. It is not very cold in OR but it’s cold enough to need a little heat in the apartment.
So even though this is 19.99 a box it’s worth it.

Cherry Coca Cola

Where we went last night was selling my fav soda for way to much so I decided I would do a switch plate and have some cherry Cola, which was on sale for a lot less. Cherry cola will work in a pinch eventhough I prefer the other. It is okay, but it leaves a film in my mouth that I do not like, and a bit of a after taste. This works well when I get a bad headache but it not my favorite it works well enough though.

I have to say that the gentleman and the manager did a great job at helping and wanting to make their customer happy. This has not been a good start to class. My printer crapped out, we lost the recite, and a couple of other things that were probably in the boss we tossed. This time we will not toss the box. Nope. The manager there help my husband and I, they no longer carry the printer I had, so we had to do a return. They let me return the printer ink too. This made things a lot easier because I am now able to get my homework done with out being stressed out. I am hoping this HP printer doesn’t break down too, I have had bad luck with HP as far as computers, so I am wondering if it just might be the brand. Wal-Mart did a good job at meeting the mark and was able to find the purchase we made with some struggles. I am glad because sending it back to HP would have caused me a lot of trouble. I need the printer i have homework assignments due.

I just don’t get it

I am taking practicum in college now, fun fun times. well in a bit i need to call that center again. Find out if I am back at square one gain. I ended up calling the ACA because I was struggling with the which membership am I supposed to get. The person who answered the phone was very helpful to me. She had some answers to questions and was able to direct me to the best plan for me as a student. At least I did a couple of things for my practicum. Now probably Monday i will have to go and look if my hopeful site decides no.. I wondering if I should have went out and looked today.
I wish I had a Triangle Direct to guide me in a better way of finding what I am looking for.

I need shoes

It is hard to find a good pair of cheap shoes, I have no dress shoes. I hate wearing them. I need them to help me getting jobs and other things. I rather wear tennies. I found a nice pair of shoes at Walmart thank goodness. Walmart had them for under 10 and I found a pair I like for 32$ but I decided not to get it. I forgot to look for a couple items, not that I need cupless lingerie but I needed to be in that area, I just hate having my hubby with and him trying to help me find stuff. He doesn’t get woman sizes.

Dad loves fruits and berries one of the few things that don’t make his gums hurt unless he eats to much at once. I am going to have to look into getting a gift baskets for dad that he would enjoy. I can’t overlook him to often. I been so busy with school and other things he feeling a bit neglected. He been grumpy, and I am about to tell him no pizza if he keeps it up. He would love a pizza as a gift dad loves pizza. If I fed it to him daily along with his whitecastle min burgers I get from target he be in heaven. Now I am a good daughter in law and I won’t just feed him what he wants, pizza and burgers everyday isn’t good for him as a treat it is fine.
No father day not soon, what am I thinking. Hanukkah hasn’t even came and gone yet. I could get him a basket for Hanukkah and he would appreciate it. I will need to get him something to color too.
