I would like to know what they were thinking when I made my reservation. First I told them we had a 88 year old, and he had a mental health dog. I assumed they had a elevator. I wished I was told that they didn’t because I would have asked for the bottom floor. The other problem is I like to know why they put me next to a bunch of smokers in a single room. This is not a good thing. My asthma is horrible right now and I am still recovering from my allergy attack there. I was just getting over one so now I caught a cold. I honestly do not think the guy who check us in ever smiled once, when we saw him.
Everytime we left our room our cards where deactivated. Now that was frustrating, then he tried to blame it on the cell phone, okay I keep my cell phone on me and all my credit cards and other like cards in my wallet and keep my cell phone near it and never have had troubles. My husband wasn’t happy that we was moved far apart from each other but I knew we wasn’t going to be close I just didn’t realize it was like on the other end of the property. I am disappointed in the whole customer service experience, they did not seem to be interested in trying to make my husband happier for his stay. The call center when I was making my reservation didn’t communicate well with me neither. I would say customer service needs major improvements.
The hotel it’s self was okay, the rooms were clean and well kept, although I found a couple of bugs. I wasn’t happy about the bugs but there was no bed bugs that I found so I didn’t mind it too much. Maybe next time we see hubby sis we will get a RV for rent and then need to look at rv insurance quote, which will probably end up being way more expensive then a hotel. Next time I will look at travel lodge or something else. I will never stay at another Days Inn. Personally I do not think the price of their rooms is worth the value we got. The rooms where over priced for the amount of trouble experienced at the hotel the only thing that worked well for me was the internet.

I am surprised I haven’t had any issues with my cellphone but then again all the cell phone reviews I had found on the phone where positive. It is easy to use, normally I do not like my dialing on the outside of the phone, but I do not mind it. My phone is easy to unlock the screen compared to other phones I have used. The camera is okay but it’s not a great
Camera Phone which is okay, I wish I could figure out how to email these pictures to me. I have lots of pictures on there that I would like to download into my computer. So I will need to find a cable that compatible with it. If I wanted to I could hook my
Blue Tooth to it. Now if I could find it I would use it more often.

Surabhi Indian Cuisine

Last night Hubby and I ate at Surabhi Indian cuisine on 98th st near Lyndale in Bloomington MN. I have to say I was very disappointed in our waiter he really missed the mark. My husband and I visit regularly we enjoy the food and its normally always pleasant. We were seated at a table, and our waiter took or drink orders that went just fine. When it was time to order the food that’s when it all fall apart. My husband and I share a meal, because their small portion is still too much for the both of us to eat. We could do one small portion for both of us but I always order the dinner portion. It’s plenty big enough for my husband and I and well about the same as eating out at a other restaurant. The waiter rolled his eyes, at us when we ordered the dinner, and told him we would share that.. He ignored us the whole time almost and avoided us every chance he got. Now I do not mind having my pop go empty this is not a big deal to me because I drink fast, my hubby on the other hand drinks slowly. When he needed, his pop refilled and tried to get the guys attention he turned his back on us, or went and cleaned another table although he clearly saw my hubby needed a refill. Then when it was time to check out he ignored us again and the owner had to come and complete the bills. I was not happy with this attitude. His attitude towards hubby and I sucked. Maybe he needs to find a new
local jobs that would better suit him.
The food was served hot and good. It tasted wonderful. We order lamb, which is amazing how strong spices don’t ruin the taste of it. It was well prepared.

Should not be this hard

I am going to say I am not very happy with urgent care. I am actually angry. I know my supervisor probably heard it in my voice. Couple of things that ticked me off. First, when I got in there I let them now immediately I was injured at work, and brought a form from work stating I was hurt there on the site. I go to Fairview Oxbo clinic in the Bloomington. My company had told me that insurance would cover the bill, and to tell them that it would be covered through workers comp. I told this to the lady who checked me in and because I have no health insurance I got told I had to pay them 75$ because I didn’t have all the information needed for them. I finally told them I came in a while ago with a work related injury the company is the same. It took an other person to do this.
Okay first off I am a part time worker I do not get insurance, Nor do I want my company to give me health insurance because I am part-time and they are a non-profit I’d rather receive a raise in pay then benefits. Now I do agree with if I get hurt at work, than they can pay for the damages. Not trying to be mean. They pay insurance for it. I wonder if they have reviews on workmen comp insurance like they do for auto insurance reviews.
I explained to the person checking me in I work part-time and take care of my father in law I do not have 75$, for something the insurance is going to cover in the first place.
Well she told me to go and use the lobby phone and call work. I called my supervisor, and explained the situation. She got most of the information needed. What ticked me off is that the phone they expect their patient to use the patient has to scream, yet I was not allowed to use my cell phone that would have allowed me to talk in a quiet voice. I told my supervisor at one point everyone gets to hear my business because the only way you can hear me is if I am screaming at you. She told me to give her 10 minutes to figure out and speak to our other in charge. I told her I would go and get my cellphone. On my cellphone I told her there is no reason I should have needed to scream to be heard on the phone with you. I was frustrated. When I am speaking very loudly I sound harsh and rude and normally with my personality it is not a good thing in work related situations. I did let her know I was frustrated by not being listened to when I was explaining to the clinic that workmen comp would cover it. When I went back, someone else helped me and they pulled up the information.
Had they not worked with me I would have went to the place my supervisor suggested. Even though my hubby been there and they gave him stuff he was allergic to, and tried to increase that dose.

Snips and Spa in Bloomington

Since my hair has gotten longer I just don’t want to go any old place, I have used snips and spas in the past here in Bloomington but felt close to 50$ everytime I get my hair trimmed was a little too much money. Well I do not need any face or wrinkle creams I have too many sensitivities and well my hair is finally long and I do not want anyone cutting it. I found a young woman there I like. She listen when I speak to her and remembers things I told her a couple months ago. My other place I go I always get someone new and it seems their turnover rate is high. My hair isn’t too hard to cut but I like to have the same person when I go in to get my hair cut. Especially with the change the school districts are making, not that I would ever go to them with anything in my hair. I think I would die if I got lice. I would like to know why the school districts here think it a good idea to let children return to school with lice eggs those things can hatch after most treatments. Hubby said he shave his head if that happened to him. I told him I am not going bold if I get something like that. I am going to be beyond mad and if you try it you’ll regret it.
I won’t say my exact words to him, but most woman with long hair can guess it. It taken me a long time at least 3 ½ years to grow my hair this long.

Wednesday night eating at Little Six Casino

Normally we go on Tuesday night but the weather was extremely hot and humid. Dad decided he wanted to wait a day. Well we had a storm that night it didn’t seem bad enough. On Wednesday when I got home, the power was out, and when it came back on the oven wasn’t responding. I called management and let them now. In a way it’s good we rent even though there are problems with renting sometimes. Maintenance came out and look at the stove and told me the mother board was going out, so I wouldn’t have a clock on it but the stove was heating and the burners would work. Okay I don’t know why but it just seemed like a bad idea to cook and maybe have it go all the way out while cooking. So I told Dad we could eat out that night but Friday night dinner would be not possible because of the financial reasons. Dad agreed it would maybe be best. So we went to the casino and ate there.
We got there and didn’t wait as long as we normally do, there special on Wednesday is Beef Ribs and dad and Hubby both had that the special, I had the bison burger. My burger was good as usual and I ordered it on rye bread. I need to figure out dinner tonight not sure what I will make, but I will figure it out soon hopefully. I need to wait till hubby gets home anyways. The rib meat I cut up for dad and it was tender and pretty much fall of the bone, the way it should be it looked as good or better than any
prenatal vitamins It was so tender, I wouldn’t mind trying beef ribs but it something I would have to cook at home if I ate it because of my allergies to antibiotics and growth hormones. It smelled good too so I was kind of bummed I didn’t get any.
The hostess we had was new to the restaurant I think she will do great at being a waitress. Overall it was good.

What boards

Okay I have one at home one of those small ones, and deal with them at work. Okay can I just have back the good all chalk board with all the dusting of the erasers and the chalk that stays on your hand afterwards. What do I not like about the wet board, it’s a good idea, if the board doesn’t get filmy, and the eraser doesn’t get strange. I mean what is in that cleaning stuff something from
fatburner.net because it greasy afterwards, maybe its wax I don’t know but it makes cleaning the board quickly hard. The markers sometimes do not want to work on the board, even though the markers are good, and the eraser getting a sticky feeling on it. I miss chalk boards they at least where dry, and washing your hands got the chalk off right away.

Paint Works

Last week I decided to try some paint by number for dad, it ends up it is too hard for dad. Good thing I like doing paint by numbers, I got a couple of them from this company. I would say over all I am happy there are a couple of things I would like included in the package are a couple more paint brushes, and a few of the empty paint jars. They have you mixing close to 20 different colors they could at least give you a few free jars. The problem with the paint brush I always seem to go through the one brush they give me and need to pick up more brushes from Michael’s I do not paint hard or treat the brushes bad. I have this problem more during the summer when it warm out.
Currently I am working on the boys and his dad fish with a couple of dogs. These are challenging even with good vision. I would love to get a few more of these maybe I should wait till Cyber Monday and see if there are any special promotion. Dad at least enjoys watching me paint these, so I guess he a little involved but it is to hard for him to complete it. I am sure this will turn out beautiful when it is all done. Maybe I should take a picture of it.

Dollar Tree in Mall of America

Yesterday I went to the MOA with a friend and had decided I wanted to stop in the Dollar store because I needed hand soap. They normally have the soft soap which I use often, and does not make me break out. Sometimes I wonder if I might need to have baby eczema treatment because my skin gets so sensitives. I went in for one item, which normally I do pretty good at just getting the one thing, I needed I leave with just that. When I was in there I realized I needed a couple of other things like foil, soap, poncho, and i found a coloring book that dad would be happy with. Dad doesn’t want something that for little kids but he likes to color. I found a animal planet coloring book.

Play Right Bowling Set and flower ordering

Recently I had to find flower to order for Granny. She lived in a apartment building and the delivery people didn’t get it all the way to the door. That was okay because granny is well known and they made it to her place. They did a great job at delivering the flowers in a timely manner. They arrived earlier then I thought they would, and Granny loved her flowers, and the little teddy bear that came with it.

Recently Dad wanted a bowling set because he liked bowling as a young man. I got him one form Wal-greens from Play Right. I am glad I got it because it works nicely at home for dad and I to play together. It is something which hubby and i can hold on to it, too and well I am not sure if he and I will play it but I know Dad gets enjoyments out of it. It gets more enjoyment from this then when I get my order flowers online. For some reason flowers just don’t interest dad the way this little game.
It is reasonably price and is light weight so it would be simple for children or elderly people to play it where they probably can not play so easily at a bowling alley because the balls are heavier and you have to toss.
